Product codes for returns?

Anyone know where I can find product codes for returns? Im really looking for the codes for the current JLY meet outfit and the friends forever book! Thanks in advance [img]smile.gif[/img]

I just did this so I can help! The code for the Ready for Fun is GMOG, value is $26.00. That gets entered on the form under "I am Returning." Then down under "I am Ordering" just put in what your exchange item is that you want.

I got a $2 refund check because the outfit I picked, Butterfly Brocade (GBOP) is $24. Also don't forget to pack the undies and ponytail holder too. I almost didn't think they were part of the RFF outfit. The book itself is just part of the meet and didn't have a sep. code. Good luck!

WEll mine came on #15 and there were no ponytail holders! LOL
Hopefully they wont cause a stink about it !

You should be fine if you just return everything that came on the doll. I had AGOT4 which was wearing a pony holder so someone else had told me to make sure I sent that too.

Oh and it took kind of awhile to get my exchange so don't get worried or anything if it takes like 10 days.

One thing I thought of: If you get the form off the site, do a test print first. It was really goofy acting for me, it's a PDF file and would only print part of the form no matter what I did to resize it. If you have trouble printing it, just yell and I'll tell you what I ended up doing. I'll be gone later this evening but won't be out too long! [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Jamie, there is a sticky at the top with the replacement code link for the book in it. Johanna has it on her site too. The book is an additional $6.

Ooops I didn't know that about the book, you mean that little friends book that comes with JLYs is worth another $6?? Or am I just getting confused? (nothing unusual about that!)
